Bab 613: Her Future Son-in-law Was So Pitiful

Liliana, Talia and Old Master Ding decided to put the matter regarding the Guan family to the back of their minds. None of them wanted to focus on that, at least not now.

Whether Old Master Guan waited in anxiety or not, it was not their problem. Liliana and Talia heard that he returned to the west on the next day after their second meeting, along with Old Madam Guan and Ms Tan.

No one knew when they would meet again or perhaps, it wouldn't ever happen.

In a few days, Friday came. Despite not being the weekend yet, Liliana and Cassia didn't go to work on that day.

The cousins brought Cassia, Old Master Ding and Former Patriarch Ding to Whistling Creek for the picnic. Considering they had three frail and sickly people in the group, Liliana and Talia needed to make sure the elders were comfortable.
