Bab 226: THE PAST-2 (How he found out the truth)

Silence.

This was all that took place after Baron Stewarts' words. Not a sound could be heard in the room and the atmosphere gradually became awkward and tensed. The imperial doctors looked at each other, lost and wandering what actions to take with the dazed duke. Without his permission, they couldn't do anything to heal the young master. To even do that, they needed a matching blood…unexpectedly they found out something so shocking.

The young master was not the duke's son.

Immediately, the imperial doctors turned to Baron Stewarts, begging him with their gazes to do something about the duke. The information wasn't their business anyway. All they needed to do was transfuse blood to the young master, and the needful medical checkup before leaving at once.

Who knows whether the duke would get rid of them because of that information. They needed to hurry and save their precious lives.
