Nox's face contorts with rage and disbelief. "No… No! We can still stop them! We just have to—"

"Fuck!" Alix's voice cuts through, sharp and decisive. His eyes blaze with the intensity of his Fiery God Monkey bloodline, his fists clenching in fury. "Nox, stay here and help them! The rest of you, with me! We need to get out of this place—now!"

There's no time to argue or second-guess. Alix's command snaps the group into action. They can't use the returner stone to teleport while still inside another base—they need to fight their way out first. The stealth that had guided their earlier movements is abandoned. Now, it's all about speed and force.
