"You know that's not what I meant," sighed Zheng Anyang. "Are you really planning to take leave? And it's for a month and a half."

"I truly have something important," replied Ye Leng'an after a moment of thought. "I can't disclose the details, but taking this leave is necessary. Besides, after the incident yesterday, I think temporarily leaving the school is a good idea."

Given Ye Leng'an's statement, Zheng Anyang had no grounds to object. He nodded and sighed, "There's been too much happening lately. Yesterday's events caused quite a stir, and it might not settle down for a long time. Taking a temporary break from school at this point might indeed be a good thing."

Having said that, Zheng Anyang signed the leave request.
