The last step is pretty much simple but at the same time difficult.

Not because achieving it is difficult, no it is difficult because it depends on the person himself, or rather his or her talent to be more correct.

That is the development of the Astral body.

The very first requirement to start cultivating in the first place is to awaken your Astral body so you can form a connection with the Astral Realm.

Maybe that is one of the reasons why they called the Astral Realm by such a name as connecting to the Astral Realm requires one to have an awakened Astral body.

And awakening Astral body depends solely on talent.

That's why the third step is simple but at the same time difficult as it depends solely on the talent of the cultivator himself.
