Flavian then ran ahead, with much enhanced speed. He covered significant amounts of distance in just a second and clashed with her spear, pushing her back. Aria was taken aback by the amount of force he was able to output, and it was clear that his statement was true. He was only getting stronger. 

Flavian's arms slowly extended, forcibly contracting Aria's arms. She managed to block his incoming slam with her spear, but the attempt was proving to be futile, while she fell back and slid away. 

Spontaneously, she stopped pushing against Flavian and was hurled back several metres. She did this purposefully then across her arms, she formed her signature earth skin. A light brown layer of earth covered her arms, while she felt herself getting invigorated by the technique she was using.
