The sun was setting as I finished my archery training and took a break by the river. After some rest, I felt a renewed sense of energy and decided to head towards the mountain that loomed in the distance. I began the climb, feeling the exertion in my legs and lungs as I made my way upward.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I reached the mountain peak. There, waiting for me, was Master Yun, perched on his favorite stone. He looked at me with an expression that seemed to penetrate my very soul.
"How much have you improved in your archery?" he asked me in his deep, resonant voice.
I took a deep breath and replied, "Significantly, Master. I have been practicing diligently."
Master Yun nodded slowly. "Good. But that's not enough. There is much more to learn than just shooting arrows. Today, I will complete your lessons."
I sat down on the ground, cross-legged, and watched as Master Yun took his place on his favourite stone. He was a strict teacher, and I knew that his lessons would not be easy.
He started off with a simple question. "If someone comes to you for help, will you help them?"
"Of course, Master," I replied. "I will help anyone in need."
Master Yun's expression turned serious. "What if that person is asking for your help to do something bad?"
I was taken aback by his question. "I will not help them do anything illegal or harmful, Master. I will try to stop them from doing it."
Master Yun nodded slowly. "Good. You understand the importance of doing what is right. But remember, there will always be people who will try to use you for their own selfish gains. You must be careful and wise in choosing who you help."
He then went on to explain that it was important to be kind to those who are good by nature and to be ruthless to those who deserve it. "Do not waste your time on people who do not deserve your attention," he said.
I listened intently to his words, absorbing every bit of knowledge he was imparting. But as the day wore on, I started to feel exhausted. Master Yun did not let up, though. He pushed me harder and harder, making me practice for hours on end.
At one point, I felt like giving up. "Master, I can't do this anymore. I need a break," I said, my voice trembling.
Master Yun's face contorted with anger. "You think this is easy? You think you can just give up whenever you feel tired? You are weak and lazy! If you want to become a true archer, you must push yourself beyond your limits!"
His words stung, but I knew that he was right. I took a deep breath and got back to practicing.
The sun was setting by the time Master Yun was satisfied with my progress. "You have done well today. But remember, there is always room for improvement. You must never stop learning and practicing."
As I descended the mountain, my muscles aching and my mind exhausted, I couldn't help but feel grateful for Master Yun's harsh but effective teaching methods. He had pushed me beyond my limits and taught me valuable life lessons that I would carry with me forever.
As the sun shone high in the sky, I woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside. After yawning and stretching, I got up from bed and made my way to the kitchen, which I had built during my stay here. I prepared a simple breakfast using fresh fruits and vegetables, and after finishing, I headed out into the sunlight.
I made my way to Master Yun's house and knocked on the door. He came out and greeted me, but his expression was stern. "There will be no training for a week," he said firmly.
I was taken aback by his words. "No training?" I asked incredulously.
"Yes," he replied. "You need to focus on cultivating your soul power. Your skills in archery may be top notch, but if your soul power is weak, you will be no use against a strong soul master."
I nodded, understanding the gravity of his words. Master Yun's harsh tone made me realize that I had been too focused on improving my archery skills and had neglected other important aspects of my training. I knew I had to work harder to cultivate my soul power if I wanted to become a strong warrior.
We talked for a while longer, and Master Yun gave me some tips and advice on how to improve my soul power. I left his house.
"After reaching my house, I began to cultivate my soul power. As I focused my mind on my training, I noticed that my cultivation speed was a bit slow. I realized that when I cultivated in the open sunlight, my soul power improved much faster than when I was cultivating indoors. I made my way to the top of a nearby hill and faced the sun to begin my cultivation. As I practiced, I observed how my soul power was growing at a much faster rate than before.
As Hun Yu sat on the hilltop, facing the sun and cultivating, he couldn't help but wonder why his cultivation speed was faster under the open sunlight. He had no scientific explanation for it, and he couldn't understand why he felt stronger under the sun's rays.
Despite not knowing why, Hun Yu was grateful for this discovery. His cultivation had always been a slow and arduous process, but now he had found a way to speed it up. He made a mental note to spend more time cultivating under the sun, even if he didn't know why it worked.
As the sun began to set, I returned to my house, feeling excited about the progress I had made. With my newfound knowledge, I might be able to breakthrough to level 14 in a day or two. I realized that if I cultivated under the sun, my cultivation speed would significantly increase.
After a long day of work, I fell asleep as soon as I reached my house. The next day, I woke up feeling refreshed and energetic. I made myself a delicious breakfast and got ready for the day ahead. As I stepped out of the house, I felt the sun shining down on me, and I knew it was the perfect time to head towards the hill and continue my cultivation practice.
I walked slowly towards the hill, taking in the Senses and sounds around me. The chirping of the birds, the rustling of the leaves in the wind all of it made me feel at peace. I was ready to challenge myself and push my limits.
As I reached the hill, I took a deep breath and began to cultivate my soul power.
As time passed by, I could feel myself getting closer and closer to my breakthrough. And then, just as the sun was setting down, it happened - I had broken through the 14th level. I couldn't contain my excitement and joy. I had worked so hard for this moment, and it had finally paid off.
With a happy smile on my face, I made my way back to the house. As I walked, I couldn't help but think about how far I had come. I had faced challenges, doubts, and setbacks, but I had overcome them all. And now, I was stronger, wiser, and more confident than ever before.
I reached my house feeling fulfilled and content. I knew that this was just the beginning of my journey, and that there were still many challenges to overcome. But for now, I was happy to bask in the glow of my achievement, and to enjoy a well-deserved rest.
