The two Mech Heavy Swords in Ji Xinghe's hands were both over 2.5 meters in length, with slightly different heftiness and distinct designs for their hilts and guards.

Such weapons, even when used while piloting a mecha, were not suited for dueling with a sword in each hand. These were double-handed swords designed for mecha, which required both hands to grip the hilt.

Yet Ji Xinghe seemed unaware of this. Or perhaps he couldn't bear to put down the precious spoils of war in his hands. He lunged forward with a sword in each hand.

The two Heavy Swords didn't sway with Ji Xinghe's charge. The federal sixteenth-generation standard-type mecha sprinted with arms stretched out to either side; the elbows had a slight bend, essentially extending out straight, and then held steady.

The two Heavy Swords in his hands extended even further along each arm; their tips inclined and their bodies long and hefty, making it looked like this federal mecha had suddenly sprouted a pair of wings.
