Lev showed Ilyana a smile, "Are all your uncles similar to Samuel?"

She shook her head, "Not all of them," pulling her shawl over her shoulders, Lev gently helped her lift it up so it wouldn't slant and slip from her arms. She continued, "Some are just parrots, they want the heir position or to at least have a position big enough to acquire more wealth and companies our gang have. There are the cowards who would passively side with either me or Samuel so they could be advantageous at any time. The one who caused the most headache is none other than my second eldest uncle, Zennox. He is also Samuel's father."

"No wonder," he commented. If Samuel was so annoying, he couldn't imagine his father. "I'm sure you can handle them."

"Of course I could," she grinned confidently. "But I'm worried," she sighed and he tilted his head.

"You're worried that your mother won't be on your side?"
