Golden Templars:
Purpose: Protection of Solair Family in the Morning.

Lunar Guards:

Imperial Guards Squads usually consisted of 30-60 depending on what specialization they could do.
Whiteshields are the numerous in their ranks as they are the start of the journey of a Guardsman, the lower the number the squad, as the deadlier they are.
Here are a series of formations.
Light Scout formation:
A Platoon of Guardsmen accompanied by a Squad of Five Sentinels. And a command Chimera, Used to ascertain if there is something wrong
Medium Scout formation:
If Situation need heavy armor, this formation required 3 platoons of Guardsmen, with 3 squads of Sentinels along with a Chimera squad of Four and a Light Artillery brigade of Griffon mortars. With a Command Leman Russ to ascertain the battlefield.
Heavy Scout formation:
If the situation is serious, Send in a Squad of Five Leman Russ and a Baneblade that comes in Basilisk artillery support and air support if the skies are safe. It is still scout if there is nothing to verify at all... All of this is to bypass the restrictions of "Heavy Weaponry" if there is nothing to scout, if the scouting target is dead.
Space Marines still used the old order of reinstating their methods of training recruits. If there is one in the Federation that have a affinity to their genes, they will be sought out and ensure such a individual is care for... They undergo a similar training to the imperium. But with at least more stricter process, as they could at least still meet their families. Even if they unable to pass the already viable test of being a Space marine. They are reintegrate into the Imperial Guard as a Commanders or Commandos as their experience is still useful.
They started out as Scout Marines, Devastator, Assault troopers to Astartes...
Terminators is used heavily. Making it one third of every legion.
Dreadnoughts are rarely used in the Astartes legion under Alexander, but if there is one, that Dreadnought is well cherished... Such Dreadnought is one such as Rylanor the Unyielding and Bjorn of the Blood Ravens... If one of such relic of a glorious past dies... Pray the one that killed them have a better ending... As a Dreadnought still retains the history and spirit of the Legions... Making the killer of one dammed their fate. They have separate legions that contains the old Legion tradition that fought in Terra. Dusk warriors, Corpse Grinder ect.
The Mechanicus of Mars, Originally Started out as a Part of The Imperial Guard Faction to build their structures, now evolve to have a different organization. The Vast Skitariis legions and Combat Servitors are a terrifying to fight against.
They retain both the best of both worlds of Mechanicus of the 40k and Mechanicum of the Grand Crusade of Terra. As they recognized Alexander as the Emissary of the Omnisiah, Making him one of the Spiritual Foundation of their faith.... Now they build Forge worlds to churn out Titan and Weapons outside their intended purpose... And research is freely albeit with supervised under a more enlightened Techpriests, Abominable Intelligence research is one such a topic as they slowly navigate their way to understanding of the machine god. Some of the People of the Federation that wants to be followers of the Machine God are welcomed with opened arms. They could be Non-augmented if they wished to retain their flesh, but used their works to symbolize their faith is more than enough... They followed Alexander as technology beyond their comprehension was given by him and their relationship with him is akin more like a Allies on a equal basis. And they were informed they could travel the Multiverse... Their loyalty is cemented as technologies from other worlds have caught their interest such as Cyberpunk that became their Mecca of Cyberware of certain factions...
The Sisters of Battles are the newly introduced Faction in Alexander Armies, They are women of faith that purge the enemies by the holy flamers of the God Emperor, Most of their weapons is either Heavy Flamers, Lascannons and bolters with Sanctified Ammunition that could penetrate any known armor. They have one thing that stood out from the rest... Faith, a weapon from the depth of their souls to create miracles, whether it is from the masses that worship the emperor or the belief of their own... They create miracles that make people believed in the God Emperor, when they could heal from grevious wounds, reflect enemy attacks or even bring people from the brink of death.
Alexander ensure that the organization is purely for self defense or on a missionary journey to convert the people to the God Emperor... One of his wives is part of the organization as a voice for their concerns towards Alexander.
Inquisitors, a force that could be used for doing hell on earth, things to search for the Taint of Chaos and gathering Xenos artifacts, this is one of the more heavily restricted organization Alexander kept, as they are allowed certain privileges to gather a fleet and a limited amount of regiments to their command, but they could no longer call for a exterminatus until the Grey knights or a Primarchs such as Perturabo or Magnus the Red, ascertain if the planet could be saved, they are heavily screened and vetted. But this is the more lucrative position despite the restrictions Alexander have tied around the organization.
The Raven Nest is the Organization that been created for a purpose of training mech pilots to Commando duties, behind enemy lines, Though they are more into individualistic, creating their Mecha with customized weapons and parts, focused more on independent thought and weapons to their liking, it has the most pilots of the Federation joining it as it is a career job with high pay and when there is a problem they would be the first to sent in... They are the commandos of Mecha warfare.

Some of these Alien Allies that is part of Alexander retinue is one of the foundation, Such as Trazyn the Infinite becoming his Historian and Artifact collector. Or Farseeer Caerys that provide council to his decisions.
The Eldar follow Alexander as they heard his contribution of saving them, and his deeds of killing Slaanesh accompanied with the fact he was blessed by Cegorach and his wive is a Priestess of Isha. They are not fanatical as the imperium, but their loyalty to him alone is akin to their own brethren. They are using this universe to replenish their numbers and assist him in the final fight.
And part of the Arachnids quarantine zone is now under their control.
