Harry delivered some not-so-good news, "In the short term, we can't build ships any faster, because the production capacity for steel simply can't keep up."

"We are building 2 warships at Dragon Island at the same time, and there are also 4 transport ships, which have taken up all the docks," he said as he pulled out a document from the ones he was carrying and handed it to Tang Mo.
