People talked about the Sylphs that appeared with Iris, but right now the same spirit had returned to be by the Serafim's side once the birthing process was completed safely and both mother and daughter were fine. 

As a shifter, Della would recover quickly, her healing ability would make sure she would return to her normal health in a matter of a few hours and tomorrow she would be like usual, especially when Iris had helped with the healing process too.
