Bab 492: RETRIEVE THE BODY

Iris still remembered the first time she met with Avid. He was not in a good condition then, as he was one of the warriors who fell victim to the monster attack in the Blue Moon pack before they moved to the Howling Wolf pack.

She remembered how he cursed at her and told her how he didn't want to be touched by Gerald's daughter.

But then, this same warrior was so adamant to come with them to the black market, as he pestered the Gamma to bring him along.

It was still clear in Iris' mind how Avid got down on his knees and asked for her forgiveness in the inn. How remorseful he was for yelling at her. He realized how wrong he was to see her in such a bad light when, as it turned out, she had been helping them during their time in the slavery.

It could be said, he was the first person who approached her and asked for her forgiveness personally in such a remorseful way.
