"Shhhh, I hear 6 up ahead" Alex and Ethan were slowly sneaking through the forest, following a trail that was left by goblins. They were currently on a small hunt as Alex wanted to see how strong his panther and the Fjordhawk were compared to goblins.

So sneaking through the forest, watching every step they take so as not to alert the goblins. They finally found the small groups of goblins. However, the goblins were right in front of another cave, so glancing through his [Map] to confirm if it was a dungeon or a normal cave. It showed that it was in fact, a dungeon.

(<DING> Quest Found:

Description: Clear the D-rank Crypt Dungeon and destroy or subjugate the dungeon core

System Reward: + 1 Common Token + 100SP

--

Optional: Use the dungeon raid feature

System Reward: + 1 Common Dungeon Token

)

[Fuck yes] Alex's excitement surged as he saw the quest notification appear, and it reached a bit higher when he noticed there was an optional side quest as well. He is determined to get the rewards and see how strong his dungeon is compared to other natural-born dungeons. He immediately accepted the quest and was going to do the optional side quest.

His panther and Fjordhawk could wait; this was an opportunity he couldn't pass up.

Using the raid feature was straightforward for Alex. He navigated to his [Dungeon Creation] tab and located the conspicuous big red box labeled [RAID]. With a mental click and confirmation, he set a waypoint on his [Map] to indicate the location of the raid. A timer also appeared right in front of him that showed 4 hours counting down. Additionally, Alex was able to choose which of his dungeon creatures were able to participate in the raid

Once doing that, all he had to do was wait for his dungeon creature to come. And since they didn't go that far, maybe only a 20-minute walk, it didn't take long for a small horde of white beasts to slowly make their way to Alex.

Leading the group was the Chenoo and following behind it were polar bears, arctic wolves, grizzly bears, musk oxen, brown bears, and even some mooses.

Honestly, it was pretty fucking awesome yet scary seeing a horde of creatures running through the forest. And as there was a horde of heavy animals, it was of course very loud. So even though Alex and Ethan were trying to be sneaky, some goblins that were outside of the dungeon entrance were alerted.

Some left back into the dungeon while 2 of them started going towards Alex's direction. It was very clear that they weren't going in sneakily. Ethan came out of hiding and easily dealt with goblins.

Simply crushing their heads with his hands, Ethan just continued walking forward while shaking his hands. It was very annoying to clean off the green blood on his body as it was kinda sticky.

Trusting Ethan with the Flyssa sword, knowing his proficiency with it surpassed his own, Alex positioned himself towards the rear for the raid. His strategy centered on utilizing magic, relegating himself to a supportive role. While he wanted to remain close to the front lines, he also needed to ensure the safety of the little girl cradled in his arms.

Though it may be a bit unreasonable to bring a young child out to a dungeon, Alex had no one to stay and take care of her, everyone else who could take care of her left. And he wasn't just going to let her stay in his dungeon by herself, so Alex brought her. Additionally, he hadn't anticipated encountering a dungeon, leading him to believe it was a reasonable decision at the time.

Sooooo, Alex ordered all of his animals but some polar bears to rush forward into the dungeon. And my god, was it a massacre. Alex had Ethan and some polar bears act as his bodyguards, so they moved forward. All they saw was just goblin mush everywhere. It was brutal.

The first dungeon floor resembled a straightforward cave but had some extra paths that all led to the same spot. Kinda like Alex's first floor. However, the sight that greeted them was one of chaos and carnage. One of Alex's brown bears was wreaking havoc among the goblins, tearing them apart effortlessly.

Nothing was left alive in its wake. It became very evident to Alex that the first floor was infested solely with goblins, and his animals were fucking everything up, decimating everything in their path.

As they progressed deeper into the cave, Alex felt compelled to shield the little girl's eyes from the gruesome sights that surrounded them. Torches lined the cave walls, casting an eerie light on the blood and gore that littered the ground. Occasionally, they would encounter one of Alex's carnivorous animals feasting on the remains of dead goblins or attacking those who were still alive, their screams echoing through the cavern. It was a scene of horror and violence that Alex felt the need to protect the girl from witnessing.

Alex found himself in a peculiar situation as he traversed through the gruesome scene before him. Surprisingly, he didn't experience the expected rush of emotion or remorse at the sight of death and violence. Even when he had taken a life for the first time, he felt a strange sense of detachment, almost as if he were disconnected from his own emotions. Instead of feeling remorse or guilt, he simply felt...normal? This lack of emotional response left Alex feeling unsettled, wondering about the nature of his own reactions.

However he had to think about his emotions later on as right in front of him was a staircase going down, the problem was that as he was going down, a notification popped up.

(<DING> Host dungeon beasts have reached the final boss room. The host must be at the final boss room entrance to complete the dungeon)

[God damn, these motherfuckers really already reached the end?] As his dungeon beasts were part of his system, the system was able to use them to map out the dungeon. As Alex always kept his [Map] out, a habit he kept from constantly gaming, he was able to see the entire layout of the dungeon right in front of him.

The dungeon Alex found himself in consisted of two floors, each presenting its own challenges. The first floor, populated by simple goblins, proved to be no match for his creatures and was swiftly cleared. However, the second floor posed a slightly greater threat with the presence of skeletons. Despite their 'enhanced' capabilities compared to goblins, which some could argue about, the skeletons were also no match for Alex's forces and were quickly destroyed.

I mean, what can a normal human do when a 700-pound musk ox charges right at you at full speed? Unless you move out of its path, you are completely fucked if you try to take it head-on.

The layout of the second floor resembled that of the first but with the addition of occasional traps placed throughout the cave system. These traps varied in nature, ranging from pitfalls to tripwires rigged to launch poisoned darts. Other common traps were also present.

The second floor was strewn with so many broken bones that the cave floor was barely visible beneath them. Alex had to step with caution, moving slowly to avoid stepping on bone shards scattered everywhere. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to evade them all, and he ended up stepping on a tooth, which embedded itself in his foot. Wincing in pain, Alex had to carefully extract the tooth from his foot, a painful and unpleasant task.

So after painfully walking slowly, Alex finally made it to the final boss room entrance. Right in front of him was a simple large wooden door that was reinforced with metal. When he gave a push to the wooden door, it slammed wide open. Letting Alex see an entire new graveyard world.
