Bab 279: SS1: Lilith's Burning Desire [R18]
Ein and Lilith stared into each other's eyes, the distance between their faces gradually shortening until their lips touched. However, Lilith moved her face away almost immediately, as if it were a taste test.
Her gaze quivered as her cheeks turned rosy red. Her tongue peeked lightly as she licked her lips seductively and used her finger to trace them.
"Ah~! Master..."
Feeling uncomfortable with her tight suit, Lilith violently ripped it open, the buttons flying randomly around the room as her two mountains, covered in red-laced underwear, popped out vividly into plain sight.
Lilith picked up Ein's right hand and gently placed it over her chest. The warmth of her skin, the smooth surface of the silk underwear, and the elasticity were fighting to push his hand back as Lilith pressed his hand harder.
"Can you feel it?" She muttered with a wide grin. "My heart's beating so fast right now..."

For clarity, the "God Ein" sent Lilith to help Ein to survive and gather his "wives" for him. The reason he disappeared was to prevent the case where two "Ein" existed in the same dimension and to leave Ein's throne vacant.
When Ein went to the Outer Plane, "God Ein" had to leave it and escape to the outside of the Universe, where "nothing" existed, where Yog-Sothoth visited him frequently.
