A Swift Action, A Severe Situation

A squad of heavily wrapped up guards welcomed the caravan. Amongst them, one especially stood out. He was a head taller than the others and had a larger build than anyone else. He stood at the front and spread his arms wide.

"Welcome to our kingdom, King Ein," the large man said. "Let me introduce myself."

He removed the cloth covering his face as he showed a fearless smile.

"The name's King Celion Thallis; I'll allow you to call me Celion, King Ein."

Ein was slightly surprised by this turn of events. Not only he, but everyone else was similarly surprised. They didn't think that a king would actually head out himself just to welcome their guests.

"King Thallis!!!" Giselle raised her voice as she saw her own king standing before them.

She had both a surprised and resigned expression. It wasn't hard to imagine this king's usual behavior from just her reaction alone. a free-willed king.
