Bab 113: Getting Close To Her

Zhang Li froze and her smile was a little ugly. "No, it was Yaoyao's birthday yesterday. We couldn't contact her, so we specially came to give her a birthday gift."

Liang Xun glanced at the gift bag on the table and pointed at an armchair. "Sit."

Zhang Li heaved a sigh of relief.

Jing Yao quietly turned down the sound of the movie and sat back to continue watching.

She knew that Zhang Li was here to look for Liang Xun, so she thought that it had nothing to do with her. She happily watched the movie with plums in her mouth. When she saw the funny scene, she could not help but chuckle. Then, she realized that Liang Xun and Zhang Li were going to talk about serious matters and hurriedly covered her mouth.

"Why don't I go watch the movie in the lounge outside?" she asked Liang Xun.

Liang Xun stroked her head. "It's fine. Let's watch it here. Don't eat the plums."
