Bab 23: ANGER

Inside the Quinn's Residence

Isabelle was waiting in the large leaving room as she moved from one end of the room to the other.

She had come to the Quinn's Residence last night but was informed that Elder Quinn had left to attend to something and so she left saying that she would come back in the morning.

And now she was here, she was finding it hard to break the news to Elder Quinn, she had messed up last night and had let a great opportunity slide pass her.

If only she was the girl that Xavier had carried from the bar, then she would have been all smiles but instead it had to be the opposite.

She couldn't imagine how Elder Quinn would take the news, but one thing she knew for sure was that he wasn't going to be happy about it.

Isabelle thought of going back home and maybe tell him some other time but before she could even ponder on that thought she heard his voice.
