A new dungeon discovery (10)
I dashed over to Tess's group consisting of Nova, Terry and, of course, Tess. I used [Flash steps] to make it quicker getting to them and see how they were doing, although if I really wanted I could check through my [Mastered spacial awareness] but I knew they would be fine so I didn't bother.
Even if they weren't fine I would only really care about Tess. Maybe Nova as well since she thinks of me as a friend. Terry can do what he wants, I won't help nor care for whatever it is unless it involves someone I care for.
"Kiera! Come help, these ones are stronger than those on the walls!" Tess shouted as her sword clashed with another, the sound of metal screeching filling the air and sounds of spells being cast.
"Okay." I replied as I transformed Adonis to the sword I had used on the other corpses.
I didn't feel the need to used the [Armour bent from the flames of death] so I didn't but I would use the skill set I newly acquired [Flames of destruction].
I surrounded my sword in the [Flames of destruction] mixed with [Inferno] and both [Wind enhancer] plus [Lightning enhancer] for extra strength, ensuring I could one hit kill all of the corpses that fought me.
Tess called out, looking at the flames that engulfed my sword with curiosity brimming inside her, "Kiera, what's that move called? Is it new?"
"I made it fighting the other corpses. It's called [Flames of destruction], move out of the way if they come towards you or you will get seriously injured or killed. I've only used it on the corpses that are weaker than you so I don't know to what extent it will harm you."
Tess struck in an upward motion to parry a strike aimed at her head before forcefully pushing the sword out of the way and slashing downwards on the cursed corpse in front of her.
Tess blocked another strike coming at her and said to me, "So what made you come over here? Can you not handle them?"
"No. I killed them all but one so you have to kill it for me." I replied, looking over and kicking a corpse in the chest before stabbing its crystallised heart.
Tess stumped forwards and quickly directed her gaze at me, "You what?! Already? How in the worl-"
"[Flames of destruction: Wall]" I said as a wall made from my black flames erected in front of Tess as protection from swords made of magic being thrown at her, "Careful, Tess."
Tess's face gained a light shade of red that was barely noticeable, not for me as I was very observant, and coughed.
"Sorry, I was shocked you managed to defeat a whole bunch of cursed corpses so quickly I made a mistake. Sorry for making you protect me, again" Tess chuckled lightly.
"Well it doesn't matter, you're safe so it's fine." I said as I looked at the 28 or so cursed corpses that decided to charge at me in one go.
"[Flames of destruction: Scythe]" I called out as I transformed Adonis back to its original form in my palm and grabbed a scythe that manifested in the air.
I gave the scythe a twirl and took a stance, ready to leap forwards and deliver death to those before me.
My scythe was just like my sword being mainly black with glowing purple made from purple flames and lightning. The scythes blade was slightly bigger than my torso and very heavy for those that wanted to wield this weapon with the exceptional me, it felt very light and easy to use.

The aura of death surrounded the scythe in a black haze making it look imposing and giving off the sense of immense danger to those in its vicinity.
A burst of black flames came out from the scythes blade and engulfed it sending heat energy into the surrounding atmosphere. I charged forwards with the scythes blade behind me and with a strong step forwards I slashed horizontally, breaking through the bodys' of the cursed corpses, tearing through flesh and bone as if it wasn't even there to start with. Leaving the two pieces of the body to burn from the [Flames of destruction] that spread over the entirety of them making their skin burn off and insides melt including their heart and brain.
'20 more in front of me, I guess some where slower than the others or they were to scared to go up front. They'll all die anyway so it doesn't matter who goes first, does it?' I thought as I sliced downwards with the scythe, slamming the tip of the blade on the ground,
"[Flames of destruction: Flame eruptions]", the ground in front of the scythe burst with flames sprouting from it killing another 6 cursed corpses that were directly in front of the impact created from the blast of the scythe and ground colliding.
"*crk* run!" One shouted as they began to panic and flee.
"That won't save you, it's just a waste of efforts." I spoke calmly as I slashed horizontally, "[Flames of destruction: Crescent of flames]"
The flames that were on the blade of the scythe came off when I swung horizontally and became a crescent shape that flew through the air and went straight through the cursed corpses, killing another 11.
'Three left.' I thought as I jumped at them and slashed through their bodys with the scythe and killed them off without a second though crossing my mind.
"Kiera how the hell did you manage that?!" Tess said with pure shock shown in her eyes and tone.
"By doing it? I don't know what to say really, I just wanted to create a skill so I did it." I spoke sincerely.
"You always shock me." Yes sighed as she gently shook her head.
"Can you kill the one I left over in my third?" I asked.
"Why didn't you do it?"
"I swore to the heavens I would ignore it and I wouldn't kill it if it told me information about this dungeons boss so someone else has to kill it for me, I don't mind who does it but either you or Nova."
"Alright then. Whatever~" Tess said skipping over to the area I fought at.
"Kiera- you really are strong huh?" Nova said with an adoring smile.
"I guess." I said as I followed behind Tess.
