Bab 13: Upcoming ceremony.
'Wow, okay these skills are really racking up.'
"Hey mum how long have I been out for?" I asked my mother turning to meet her eyes.
"Well how should I put this. Your ceremony is in a week."
"So I'm turning three in a week?"
"Yeah" mother said scratching her head.
'Oh my lord. There is no way I was out for that long. The goddess said that I would be attacked at the ceremony, I need to prepare.'
I spun myself and stood up.
'Huh I look taller?'
"Mum how tall am I right now? Is this an effect of my evolution?" I said confused on how I grew so much.
"About the size of a seven year old I'd say. Maybe around 3'10?"
"No way?"
"Mmm, ah, SISSY!" Violet shouted springing herself off the bed and launching herself at me. "I'm so sorry, this is all my fault."
"No it's mine, I noticed you left the room with me but I didn't focus on you enough and by the time I realised you were falling so I just jumped." I said to Violet looking down at her.
'I'm a lot taller than Violet. Well she is the hight of a two year old so it's to be expected.'
"Mum can you explain to me again how to change weapons? You know the bonding with the bow thing." I said reaching to my back for my bow to then realise it wasn't there.
"You need to add a drop of blood to it and imagine it as another weapon. It's true form is a small diamond which will get implanted into your dominant hand and when you will it to transform it will." Mother said before finishing. "Your bow is in my study, are you going to train more? You've just woken up and I wouldn't recommend it."
Mother looked nervous about me training more and concerned I would get injured again.
"Don't worry mum I'll be fine. You can watch if you feel nervous." I said trying to understand her feelings.
I walked towards mother's study and when I opened it I got a not so pleasant surprise. Turning around I said,
"Mother what is Willoa doing here?"
"She is helping out a bit, why?" Mother said, "are you not comfortable around her?"
"You know what it's fine."
'Other than the fact we almost died and she just watched as if it was a street performance.' I thought with the memory of Willoa just standing there looking bored while I was fighting.
I walked into the study and grabbed my bow. I brought my other had to my mouth and bit down on my thumb causing it to bleed. I wiped the blood on the bow which made it glow with a purple light I then thought of it going back to its original form and the bow transformed into a small purple and black diamond looking stone. I used my skill [Scratch] and stabbed the centre of my palm on my right hand and wedged the diamond shaped stone into my cut.
"Is this how you do it?" I asked looking back at my mum.
"Ah yes, how did you know how to do it already?"
"Just a hunch I guess." I replied shrugging.
My thumb and palm instantly healed sealing the diamond like stone in my hand.
"The process is done. Now you must name it." Mother said taking a step forward.
"Alright, let me think.."
What would be an easy to remember name?
"Adonis?" I accidentally said aloud.
The diamond shaped stone glowed purple as if to recognise its name.
'Adonis my weapon. I guess it's not that bad of a name. It kinda feels like I've heard it before?'
A faint white light crawled across the top of Adonis and it imprinted its name in a small cursive font at the very top.
'Katana'
Adonis transformed into a black katana with a slight purple glow and a purple handle. It was a beautiful sword and it was perfect for my height as it transformed to suit my body.
"Wow." I said stroking the blade. The sword then flashed a little soft purple glow.
"Mum can this really transform into anything I will it to?" I asked fascinated about my new weapon Adonis.
"Yeah it can."
"How about a pen then?" The sword then transformed into a black fountain pen.
"No way. What about a spoon?" The pen transformed into a black metal spoon.
"Huh it really can can't it?" I said making it transform into duel wield swords then daggers and back to the katana.
'It seems to follow he same pattern of being black with a purple glow. Not that I'm complaining it's just like me, black like my hair and purple like my eyes.'
I felt satisfied with Adonis and asked if I could practice with a bow a little more and my mother agreed as long as she was watching. Just as I was about to exit the study Adele came rushing in giving me a hug.
"You've finally awoken my sleeping beauty." Adele said with tears rolling down her cheek.
"Can you stop with the weird nicknames?" I said face planting.
"Of course my princess!" Adele hurriedly replied.
"I guess your the same as always, Adele." I said as she stopped the hug.
"Well I have always been this brilliant." Adele said puffing out her chest.
"Yeah your still completely hopeless." I replied as I exited the study and going to the training grounds.
"That's not nice princess, you should be more kind! Heyyy princess are you listening? Princessss.." Adele said calling after me.
Sighing I stopped at the target range and I transformed Adonis into a black bow with a shiny purple string and I also transformed Adonis into a black arrow with a purple spear headed front. I shot off a practice shot and once the arrow landed it then stayed for a split second before returning to me when I wanted another arrow.
"Well that's convenient." I muttered under my breath.
Mother and Adele stood behind me and I turned to face them.
"Adele can you make it move but instead of side to side make it move in random directions as fast as you can make it." I said returning my focus to the target. "Go on."
Adele looked at mother and she gave her a nod. Adele then made the target move in all sorts of directions at a very fast speed which I could only just about follow.
'Right, up, left, up, down, left, down, right and fire.' I shot off my arrow after following the target and recognising the pattern at which it moved.
The arrow flew towards the target at an amazing speed and hit the bullseye.
"Hm easier than I thought." I said and Adele was in total shock. Her mouth was gaping open and her eyes wide. She could barely speak.
"W-wha-, How?" She stuttered.
Before I could speak mother said something.
"She had been fighting in the mountains while protecting Violet when she fell of the mountain. She also managed to evolve into an Elemental dragon. She is growing at an insane speed so it's no surprise she can do this although it's a little shocking how she is only two years old, well basically three." Mother said looking at Adele rather smug.
"What she said." I replied turning my head back to the target firing off arrow after arrow.
Adele still seemed to be in shock even after the explanation in fact she seemed more surprised after the explanation than before.
"Well she is my princess still." Adele muttered before sitting down staring at me.
"I'm going to be controlling the movement in random directions there will no longer be a pattern so you have to guess." Adele spoke with a smirk as if I couldn't do it.
"I guess I'll have to predict where it goes then, this will make me improve even faster. Thanks." I said firing off more arrows.

This training continued for the rest of the week before the ceremony and my mastery and aim were both at a confident 73%, shocking progress am I right?
Adele was dressing me in a black t-shirt and trousers with small black shoes and I had a purple bow in my hair. My hair was put in a neat ponytail.
"Is there a need to do my hair?" I questioned looking at myself in a mirror Adele made.
"Well this is an important ceremony for you Princess so of course there is the need to dress up all fancy." Adele fired back.
"Alright then." I said.
Once I was all dressed up I made my way to the waiting room where Kein and mother were currently.
I walked in through the door and Kein came up to me looking me up and down to then say,
"Nice looks kid." With a pat on the head.
"Your going to mess up my hair." I said looking away from his gaze.
"Shy are we?" He replied.
"Don't be silly." I said looking back to his gaze and he gave a chuckle.
"Well ready to go?" Mother said and we all gave a nod.
"Adele your staying. Willoa!" Mother said at the dissatisfied Adele.
Willoa entered the waiting room and said, "your orders?"
"Protect everyone here and follow the requests of the kids. Only the safe and ones which aren't stupid." Mother said as we all exited and Willoa bowed with the confident reply of,
"If it is your desires I shall do so."
We all made our way outside the mountain where Kein and mother transformed into their dragon for lm and I sat on mother's back.
"You've invited them all?" Mother said to Kein.
"Yeah I have they all said they would attend and some are bringing their offspring." Kein replied with a yawn.
"Okay well let's head there then and prepare before the others arrive." Mother said as she shot through the sky with Kein by her side matching her pace.
