Bab 81: Hart and Bethel

Emilia watches, her eyes swirling with various emotions as she sees the true form of the man she had loved in her past life. Her instincts tell her to run into his arms but she refrains as she watches his onyx eyes land on her and Hart gives her a lecherous smile. 

Dietrich and Traf stand in front of her, blocking Hart's view of Emilia. Hart's demonic eyes swirl with various emotions, the most evident being one of jealousy. Despite the woman before him being different than his mate, she was similar enough to evoke a sense of possessiveness within him. Hart knows that Bethel's soul lies dormant inside Emilia, causing his desire to increase. If only, he could somehow awaken Bethel.

"Bethel, my love, come out and say hello. I know you're in there." Hart says as his normally onyx eyes shift to a golden hue momentarily.
