Skyler's POV

I lay on my bed and pretended to be asleep when Selena returned to my room.

"The food is ready; I know you wanted to rest, but you needed to eat and drink your medicine." She softly said, and God knows how much I miss her sweet voice.

I would give anything just to see her beautiful face once again, and it was killing me that she was with me in the same room, but I couldn't even kiss her.

"Are you even a nurse? Do you even know what you are doing right now?" I asked as I sat on my bed and leaned my back on the headboard.

"Is it really necessary to be a nurse when all I have to do is to babysit an arrogant superstar?" She asked, and I almost laughed, but I kept my cold expression as I frowned.

"You can leave now, Selena; I will not say thank you to you since you are being paid," I said with sarcasm.
