A small sigh left Adele's red-painted lips as her blue eyes scanned the contents of the menu in her hand.

Governor Harold insisted that they go to dinner first. He wanted to secure a proper conversation with her before she could become too drunk to even say her name properly.

Before joining the governor for dinner, Adele freshened up and got changed. At first, she didn't see the need to since they were only going out to a bar for drinks, but the restaurant the governor was taking her to was an eating hotspot for all kinds of other famous and influential people.

Her hair cascaded down her back in voluminous, natural waves, and minimalistic makeup decorated her face. A short and tight sexy, red satin dress hugged the curves of her body, enunciating her best bodily assets. Her look was topped off by a pair of black red bottom heels.
