Gavriel stood with mixed thoughts in front of the house door where Anindira was.

''What should I do now?'' Gavriel asked in his heart with anxiety, ''What are they thinking?! What if something happens to Anindira if I show my face in front of her...''

His heart was beating fast, as was his breath, which was almost uncontrollable. His body was shaking until beads of sweat began to roll down from his temples. He hesitated to step inside.

''Gavriel!'' Anindira called from inside.

The sound of Anindira calling his name surprised Gavriel to the point that it felt like his heart was about to jump out of his chest.

Gavriel waited for something with an almost blank mind. Only his instincts were left to continue guiding him to make sure that what he had just heard was true.

''Gavriel!'' Anindira called again from inside.
