Bab 2: Reincarnation
[Congratulations Earthlings, today commemorates the 100th year of Awakening and with it the 10th year of Reincarnation.]
[As per Universal Law the initial novice protection mechanism that has been protecting Earth would disappear and this world would be open to conquer by all races without discrimination.]

[Congratulations to this year's REINCARNATEES and without any further ado all reincarnates have 1 hour left before their reincarnation begins therefore you are advised to prepare well.]
[When ready, candidates for reincarnation are to enter the formed teleportation array and would be sent to the Reincarnation Space.]

With the successful ending of the awakening ceremony a cold mechanic voice rang throughout the world. They were not surprised by this world announcement because they had been preparing for this very moment for the past years.
Countless emotions rang throughout the natives; some fear, yearning and hope.
Fear, of an unknown future brought by countless tragedies suffered by humans at the hands of monsters and foreign races.
Yearning, for the countless opportunities waiting to be explored, resources brought by monsters and foreign races to be sought.
Hope and thirst for knowledge of what the boundless Universe had in store for them.
Baron announced," Congratulations to all of you! I hereby welcome you into our ranks. Now please form into lines as you are guided towards registration stations."
"Lastly may all Reincarnates gather around the teleportation circle." Baron added with a tinge of envy in his voice.
Reincarnation is one of the most sought after opportunities by all newly awakened. Of all the powerful individuals on Earth the majority of them were once Reincarnates that nowadays to a certain extent Reincarnation has now become a sure fire method to reach the heavens in a single leap.
Few moments passed as the once populated area was now left with 10 figures shrouded in golden light standing in front of a massive teleportation circle, with Baron at the forefront.
Fritz noticed that he couldn't observe or see who the other participants were but on the other hand Baron could so he just attributed it to the golden light.
Two figures appeared out of thin air in front of the group, which following Barons lead they respectfully greeted.
"Greetings Her Majesty, the Celestial Empress and the Twelfth Magnate!"

The Celestial Empress calmly nodded in response, with a wave of her hand Baron tacitly dismissed himself from the group.
She was a Celestial Empress indeed; the purple starlight Empress robe she adorned matched with her exquisite features accentuated her beauty even more. On top of her head appeared topaz illusory crown that together with her unique bearing she exuded an unparalleled imperial prestige.
Behind her stood the Twelfth Magnate who was covered in a blurry haze that hid his appearance exposing only his eyes but the Indomitable will he exuded was unmatched. Observing him the only thought that came to one's mind was 'FIGHT!'.
They were the two beings that had secretly observed Fritz moments ago.
Their appearance brought about a huge surprise to the reincarnates as they were the top superpowers in Earth. Not in their wildest dreams have they ever thought they would have a chance to meet the idol of all the human's here, Her Majesty the Celestial Empress.
Seventy years ago during the early stages of human awakening, a point in time were the human race was at their lowest, the Celestial Empress appeared with an army of Star Spirit's repelling the monsters and all foreign races infringing on Earth establishing the current order.
She appeared after a year of Reincarnation becoming a beacon of hope for the crumbling human race that was plunged in terror by monsters. She fought alone valiantly for 70 years giving the human race enough time to develop to the current hegemon it is today.
Her soothing voice spread, "Congratulations on your successful awakening together with your opportunity for reincarnation. Looking at your awakened superpower's grades it seems that in a year's time we would be welcoming new brothers and sisters into our ranks."
She paused momentarily scrutinizing them, "Reincarnation! What is it? Why is it so sought after? Today I am going to answer a few of those questions since normally we are not allowed to talk about it to outsiders but you lot are different."
"Reincarnation is a process or chance given to all budding awakening worlds by the Universe to extremely talented individuals in those world's to be reborn in another similar yet different world."
"But this you already know but what makes it different is that before being reborn you are granted few opportunities/ wishes by the universe that you would bring into said world."
"It was set up as a way of producing elites or heroes for budding worlds in the shortest time to counter upcoming trials and tribulations they would face after the Novice period ends."
"Those opportunities are extremely important to your development in that world. If you manage to maximize those given opportunities and successfully utilize them, the next time I see you we will be of equal power or maybe …"
"Also if you manage to encounter other reincarnates you may choose to join hands or eliminate them granting you the opportunity to plunder any of their Reincarnation granted fortunes."
"The time flows differently in the world you will be reborn in as 1 year here is equivalent to 1200 years there. IF you survive for half the time of reincarnation you would be able to bring back everything you own back to Earth, if you survive less the time you would only bring out a fraction of your power."
The Celestial Empress observed them before continuing making sure that they fully understood everything she has been talking about.
"There are also hidden conditions to be met; for example, I managed to conquer that world in a 100 years becoming its sole ruler granting me ownership of the planet, Star World, thus completing the trial earlier and obtaining a few treasures. Thus it can be concluded that one of the main goals for reincarnation is to at least conquer the world you will reincarnate into."
"Also if you do manage to complete some hidden achievement just like I did you may end the Reincarnation earlier or continue until the time's up. Because of the human races perilous situation back then I ended the Reincarnation early but you don't have to worry about that, take your time and accumulate as much as you can."
Pressing her delicate hand to her neck rubbing it slightly," I have told you all that you had to know, now remember the choices you will make will determine your future."
"Lastly if there is anyone with any requests please make them and if you have none good luck. Remember that the choices you make will determine your future."
All the reincarnates profusely thanked the Empress for her guidance as a hint of understanding flashed deep in their eyes. It was no wonder that all those who managed to reincarnate are the current leaders of humanity.
Those with requests made them before jumping into the teleportation circle without any worries. But before Fritz entered the teleportation circle he heard a familiar voice calling out to him.
"Fritz."
The Twelfth Magnate who had being standing quietly beside the Empress called out. Fritz turned towards the man as his already expressionless face became cold. He didn't bother to even respond to him but the Magnate seemed unbothered by it.
Though appearing unbothered the pain in his eyes couldn't be hidden.
"Fritz I…uh… forget it we will talk when you return. Here, this is something that will be of help to you. I obtained these after conquering the Barbarian Race. Lastly don't worry about your twin siblings and focus on yourself as they are being given the highest treatment and care."
With a flick of his hand two purple gold cards flew from his hand to Fritz. Without even bothering to check what they were Fritz immediately jumped onto the teleportation array muttering, 'Watch over me mother!'
Seeing his disappearing back the Twelfth Magnate mumbled to himself, 'Good Luck! My son.'
The Twelfth Magnate, Luther Perseus was Fritz's biological father.
