Bab 530: Veiled Border: Infiltrating the Setting Light Empire

Two days later…

As they neared the border of the Setting Light Empire, tensions began to rise among the group. They knew that they would soon be entering a strange empire that shouldn't even exist based on their belief, and where their very existence could be seen as a threat if it was found out.

Finally, they reached the border, where they were stopped by guards who demanded to know their business in the empire.

During the two days they were traveling, Lyle and the others had come across multiple bandit groups and merchant caravans, and that was when they got an idea.

The Setting Light Empire had trade treaties with other empires and kingdoms near it, and merchant caravans often went in. The bandits that were waiting in forests and mountains would often attack those caravans, and the weaker ones would get destroyed.
