Bab 456: The Song Family's Midnight Encounter with the Royal Guards

It didn't take long for Waradil to arrive back in the Song family mansion with Iodel and the others, in fact, they only needed about 5 minutes to come back.

The mansion was the same as always, nobody had a clue what had been done just mere minutes ago by Iodel and the others. Most people were sleeping, after all, it was late at night, and Waradil was going to hold a short meeting with those who were awake, a couple of other Elders of the family that stayed back, as well as some of the other notable characters of the family that knew what was happening.

They all gathered in a room, but before they could start their meeting, a guard of the mansion knocked on the door.

"Now?" Waradil asked the guard who answered while the rest glanced at one another.

"Yes sir, they just arrived and wish to speak to you right away, they are waiting outside of the gate."

"They didn't even enter?" Waradil asked as he squinted his eyes in suspicion.

"No sir."
