Bab 248: Lost in the Mansion: The Mysterious Humanoid Monster

Lyle stared at the narrow corridors that were in front of him. The servants all had memorized the many corridors and how to get from one place to another, many of them using secret staff paths that made it difficult for anyone to notice them before they arrived at their location.

As Lyle walked through the corridors, he scratched his head as he realized he had no idea how to get out of the maze-like corridors that were present in the back of the mansion. He had previously interrogated the guard, but the guard never mentioned it as he had never taken the back door before.

'Dammit, I need to find a servant and interrogate him as well.' Lyle sighed before walking around, his darkness still covering him and making him harder to be noticed.
