Fidelma then explained, "Umm... it's about Francis' goal. He doesn't seem to care much about the tournament; he only cares about fighting Allen. That's why he needs to face Allen either in the first or second rounds."

"But the brat is three blocks from Allen," Geirhild said.

"NO WAY!" Realization hit Sharik like a lightning bolt. He quickly scanned the tournament chart. "Then Francis has to get into the quarterfinals if he wants to fight Allen?!"
