Bab 42: Back to the Academy! Part 1

"I see you are wearing your school uniform today." Helen said as she sat down herself to eat her breakfast. "Are you planning on attending classes today?"

"I was thinking it might be a good idea." Dax said. "Although I don't know what classes I would actually attend, seeing how there are no classes for class F…"

"Still, it might be good to go." Helen said. "The people there get all hung up on status and classes, but there are a few that don't care about any of that stuff. Like your friend Fey."

"Or you?" Dax asked. "You were S rank and dad was C rank." Dax then noticed for the first time that his father's chair was empty. His mind was so full of the current events that it escaped his notice. "Where is dad?"

"He got called into work early." Helen said. "Some kind of emergency."

"What kind?" Dax asked.

"You know he wasn't allowed to tell me that dear." Helen explained. "I am certain it's no big deal whatever it is."
