Bab 47: Kobold Cave [pt.2]

Selvarin lunged at the kobold, interrupting it halfway before it got to Ayo. 

The two fell on the wall, making a crumbling sound that now attracted the rest of the horde. Minus the two kobolds that Ayo had managed to take down, there and the one that was currently standing up from its fall with the dire wolf. Four kobolds were remaining. 

They looked around each other, it was sort of evident that they just realized two of them were missing and were in search of them. 

One's eyes trailed to the ground where the corpse of the little one amongst them was, being dragged by its assailant. 

Grrrr 

The horde of kobolds began to snarl and growl at Ayo. 

Selvarin closed its teeth on the kobold that attacked and severed the tendons of its calf. The monster cried out and slammed the wolf's head with the cub in its hand.
