Esmeralda knowing that she had also made the mistake of mentioning Princess Mawdelyn's name, poured herself a glass of brandy but Prince Elliott stopped her at once saying, "I will drink that for you."

Esmeralda looked horrified as she stared at the prince.

Now, she had forgotten why she was here and why a handsome prince seemed to be spoiling her mood. Whoever this handsome prince was, she didn't need any help from him, "Ah...my prince...I can take the drink myself."

As she muttered and tried taking the glass off the glass table, Prince Elliott's hand held tightly to the glass, "I said leave it."

Esmeralda looked at him with drowsy eyes but a frown accompanying her expression, "I am not going to!"

"I said leave it!" His voice grew higher which drew every other attention to them.

"I won't! Don't think...because you are a man...you can order me around."
