Bab 206: Zephirah's Scandle

Knocking persistently, Deeva waited anxiously outside her Mistress's chamber, her heart pounding with worry as silence greeted her from within.

Frowning, she slowly turned the doorknob, her mind racing with worst-case scenarios as she entered the dimly lit room.

"Milady?" she called out tentatively, her voice barely above a whisper as she scanned the chamber for any sign of her Mistress.

But the room was eerily empty, the only sound the soft hum of the lamps that flickered gently in the dim light.

With a sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach, Deeva hurriedly crossed the room, her footsteps echoing softly on the polished marble floors.

Her eyes darted around, searching desperately for any trace of her Mistress, but there was no one to be found.

As she came to a stop, her ears caught the faint sounds of moans and whispers emanating from a nearby closet.
