Bab 247: MY HEART IS BEATING FOR YOU

After having their dinner, Belle and Eli went to find a jewelry store to get a simple promise ring for Eli. 

While Belle was nervous to get such a ring for Eli, the latter seemed like someone who got injected with chicken blood. He was so excited to get the ring that he started humming on their way to the fifth floor. 

Hearing his jolly tune, Belle couldn't help but ask, "Aside from playing the instruments, do you also sing? I haven't heard you sing a song before." 

"I have. I often went to a karaoke bar when I was still a student," 

"Really? I couldn't imagine it. You seemed prim and proper, someone who doesn't go to bar or clubs." 

"You're not the first person to have that kind of impression on me," Eli said with a faint smile on his lips. "I stopped singing when I started working. Do you want me to sing for you?" 

"Will you?"
