General Jones momentarily paused at the elevator's entrance. He pondered before proceeding inside, gesturing for the rest to enter.

Princess Amaya looked inside but found no one. Then, who was the owner of the anxious voice? 

The elevator's three walls, ceiling, and door were made of glass. Unbeknownst to her, the elevator was a sophisticated medical scanner that diagnosed every person who entered the Nower Research Institute.

When the elevator door closed, ten people, including the men who accompanied General Jones, stood close to each other in silence. Each was in deep thought. Prince Raquim and his guard were wearing hospital-grade masks because they were coughing occasionally.
