Bab 138: A Date

I think he’s told me something like that before and after spending some time with him, I was quite convinced that he could do that much; however, that wasn’t what I was asking.

“I don’t mean it like that. I mean…when our minds are connected, can you tell what I’m thinking?” I asked in pure wonder.

As for me, I couldn’t tell what he was thinking at all regardless of whether our minds were connected or not. He was just extremely hard to read and understand. My two dear friends told me that everyone thinks that he’s a “public mystery” and I could empathize with every single person who shared that view.

“Should we give it a try?” the prince asked just when the car came to a stop at a red light.

My arms immediately wrapped around myself protectively as I turned to glare at him. The last time that we gave it a try, he did…so many things to me…
