Bab 212: Chapter 212: We’re Leaving

It took a moment for me to be able to move right again. Ellis was amazing but my body was always sore after having sex with him. A soreness that was more than worth it. He kindly helped me to get dressed and we went to get the kids. Ken was so thrilled to be released from his room I thought he might try to do some cartwheels, which might not end too well.

Hope was a little less jazzed about the situation, looking like she might cry for a moment, before accepting her fate of having to play and continuing to practice crawling. She really was getting quite good at it. Able to get along with the best of them, almost keeping up with the boys.

It was amazing how they could build up energy after such a short downtime, but I felt ready for anything as they tore around the den. We moved the furniture to accommodate Hope’s newfound motion.

“How is she doing that?” Ellis said as Hope chased Ken.

“Typical Peterson genius,” I said, smiling at him.

“Oh, right, forgot.”
