Bab 218: Xylitol Black Forest

"Do you have an entire Black Forest cake? I want to bring one back for Su Xun's grandfather to taste. The cake wasn't too sweet, so Grandpa Su would probably like it."

When Gao Yuan heard that Xi Wan was going to bring it to the old man to taste, she immediately said, "There is one but there is sugar added to the cake so it might not be good for the elderly."

"What should we do then?" Xi Wan asked.

Gao Yuan suggested, "But if you have time, I can make a new one for you now. There won't be any sugar in it, and it'll be replaced with xylitol instead."

Xi Wan immediately agreed when she heard that it could be replaced with xylitol. "Then make one now. I'm not in a hurry."

Xi Wan waited for two hours before she took the Black Forest cake and rushed to the Su family's old residence. She arrived just in time for dinner.

"Grandpa, look what I brought for you." Xi Wan handed the cake to the maid.
