"I can do this," I hit my chest before I put my cowboy hat on and sunglasses.

"You can meu coração," Benedito encouragingly nodded next to me as he placed his hand on the small of my back, "We're in a different country, with a different car and you have me. No one will touch a hair on your wig covered head." 

I rolled my eyes, "it accentuates my beauty."

The fancy mullet wig Benedito's hairstylist had installed for me was so perfect it looked real. She had put on glue for it to stay on and spent time blending it with my skin. Originally it was just a surprise for his birthday party but once I saw how I looked, I did not want to take it off. 

Plus she had said it would last at least two weeks before she had to fix it again and to me that meant I could have a full set of hair again. There was not a chance it was coming off by my own free will.
