Bab 149: Chapter-149

Lucien had never actually thought that there would come a time when somebody would be the witness to her embarrassment. A moment where she thought that death is the only answer to everything, and she wanted nothing more but to die in this very spot.

The moment she heard that very friendly voice, she had a mini heart attack. She was all alone in the library since she hasn't come across a single person yet and it was night.

"It's not like what you see." Her heart raced at an incredible speed. She quickly let her hand down and directly stare at the person who appeared out of nowhere.

"And I didn't say you were doing anything illegal," the other person responded taking a step forward. "I simply said you look like you needed help. You seemed confused about dancing alone."

"..."

Lucien didn't know how to respond to that. It was actually true that she had forgotten how to start in the beginning. She had never tried to dance alone after dancing with her companion.
