When Dahlia woke up, it was safe to say she was a confused mess. Her loose wavy hair had gotten wet earlier and had since floofed and frizzed up, which added to the already abundant bed head she was suffering from. In addition to that, her sleep drunkenness was hitting hard after having only been sleeping for quite a short time. It had been a little too long to be considered a nap, but too short for proper rest, and so she was stuck in that awkward spot where her body screamed for more sleep.
Yayyyyyyyy! Chapter 123! It's a fun number and I also have set this as the finale of the first volume! (I'm a little excited in case you couldn't tell) The chapter was very long and perhaps didn't quite feel like the conclusion of a regular novel, but it felt like a true conclusion and turning point.
Also, I'm interested to hear thoughts on the primordial heritage that Dahlia has. Those familiar with Greek mythology had already drawn conclusions about the primordials but they are different from their original myths. I'm very interested if you have any thoughts.
Anyway, hurray for the end of the volume and hurray for a chapter that took too long to write. And as always, I hope you're having a wonderful day~
