Bab 82: Constructivism’s capabilities

With their squad rushing towards the nearest tower, it felt like nothing could stop them. Bessie was by far the strongest of their group, with Dahlia in second in terms of overall skill and power. The remaining members were trained soldiers but only one, a man named Gyarm, was particularly specialised in combat. What then remained was a roguish woman named Lyla who specialised in stealth, infiltration, and silent kills, an older gentleman named Robbert who was a capable healer, and then there was a middle aged cat-kin mage named Cyril. 

For the most part, no one had any particular difficulties fighting the militia. Even though it seemed like 80% of the countryside's populace had been forced to defend this base, they were all incredibly weak, with those with skill likely already manning the battlements instead. This disparity of power made it so that a bloodbath was all but inevitable.
