The living personification of the universe, Chaos existed in the void for thousands of years before giving birth to Chronos, The Primordial of time and the firstborn of Chaos. He was the personification of time in the Universe, next came Ananke, The Primordial of Destiny, Second born of Chaos, she writes the fate of all the living being in the Universe...
Next Chaos gave birth to Gaea and Tartarus
Gaea being the personification of Mother Earth, and The Primordial of Earth and Tartarus being The Primordial of the Pit.
Then Chaos gave birth to Nyx, The Primordial of Night and Erebus, The Primordial of Darkness.
And Finally Chaos gave birth to Eros, The Primordial of Love and Procreation.
These are the seven children of Chaos, The First Generation Primordials.

After another thousand years, Gaea gave birth to Ouranos and Pontus without male assistance as she was full of fertility.
Ouranos then became the Primordial of the skies and Pontus became The Primordial of the Oceans.
While Nyx and Erebus Procreated and gave birth to twins Aether and Hemera
Aether became The Primordial of Light and Hemera became The Primordial of Day.
Ananke then gave birth to the sisters of Fates also known as Moirai
They represent all that has happened in the past, all that is happening in the present, and all that will happen in the future.
Next came Thalassa, The Primordial of the sea and creator of the every sea creatures, the daughter of Aether and Hemera
Gaea again gave birth to Ourea, The Primordial of the Mountains
Lastly Nyx gave birth to the Triplets Nemesis, Thanatos and Hypnos
Nemesis being The Primordial of Divine Retribution and Revenge, Thanatos being the Primordial of Death and Hypnos being The Primordial of Sleep
{But these three where not powerful enough to retain the title of Primordial and later became Gods}
These Six {excluding Nemesis, Thanatos, Hypnos and The Fates} became the second generation Primordials.
