"You are here," Gemma said in a sleepy voice as she turned in bed the following morning and found Miguel sleeping next to her.

"Of course I am. Were you expecting me not to be?" Miguel replied with his eyes closed.

"You are usually not still in bed by this time of the morning," Gemma said as she snuggled next to him.

"My wife said she wants to wake up next to me in bed this morning and I had to make sure that wish was granted," he said with a smile.

"Awwm aren't you so adorable?" Gemma kissed his cheek. Miguel chuckled. "I can't believe you just used the word "adorable" on me,"

"Why not? What's wrong with being adorable?" Gemma caressed his cheek as she spoke.

Miguel slowly opened his eyes, and Gemma immediately felt captivated by them. "You have the most beautiful eyes, you know that?"

Miguel quirked a brow. "I do?" He was now smiling.
