Bab 43: A Rival

Luo Jingcheng was gazing at their hands so intensely that Shen Xueran quickly took her hand away from Luo Shaochen's grip. 

Somehow she felt as if she was caught red handed while cheating on her boyfriend or husband.

'Wait! What boyfriend? What husband? Stop your dirty thoughts, Shen Xueran!' She stopped the urge of slapping her own face in front of so many strangers with a lot of difficulty.

Luo Shaochen felt a little awkward when Shen Xueran withdrew his hands abruptly. But he also took his hand away as if nothing happened, and went back to his seat silently.

Luo Jingcheng was still glaring at her. Of course Shen Xueran can tell this from the way he was still standing there.

So Shen Xueran looked at him with a face full of smiles as she asked him, "So, shall we go back to our seats?"

Although he really wanted to teach her a lesson, Luo Jingcheng calmed himself down as he went back to his seat.
