Leaving the bookstore, Shaolan's priorities were on anything other than a surprise meeting with small-fry Ty Woo. She was thinking about ways to discover new loopholes in her system and its problems.
Though the life-improving, reality-enhancing AI was already good, very OP actually, it still had flaws.
Shaolan felt that with her fusion skill, someone smarter than her would've already gotten rid of all the remaining shortcomings. Not even in two days, maybe in one.
She knew because she'd met such intelligent people.
Ty Woo, who was coming to the bookstore, didn't seem to belong to that category of folks.
Shaolan only blocked the way for a second. Nevertheless, when she stared inappropriately it seemed, the chubby Ty who didn't seem to be in the best of moods impatiently stomped her feet, exclaiming, "Want my portrait or something? Out of my way, nitwit!"
"I'm not sure what a nitwit is, but I'm not one." Shaolan replied, not moving. "I'll let you inside if you apologize."
She didn't know where Ty Woo found the confidence to insult her as soon as they met. But she had the thicker skin.
"Apologize?! What a joke! If you don't move, I'll just make you! Let my feet greet your face, good morning, nitwit!" Ty Woo seemed to be a wild one apparently. The moment she said, her body moved.
In a swift motion where her upper body rotated down, her hands landed on the ground.
Standing upside down on them, like she promised, Ty Woo's two feet furiously aimed at Shaolan's prettiest asset. Her face.
'Fuck! She's an acrobat too?!' Shaolan was stunned.
Panicking for a quick second, thinking to use her past life martial art skills, she wasn't too dumb this time. She recalled how she didn't need to move…

Crack…
As suspected, after a muffled strike, and a cracking sound, not even a second later, a sad, loud cry was heard in the bookstore vicinity.
Hmph… Looking at the crying Ty Woo and her broken limb, Shaolan snorted internally.
Done tanking the attack from most likely the Ty's dumbest sister, Shaolan didn't stay. The moment people rushed out of the bookstore to check what was happening, and when the guards at the door ran in hurriedly, she walked out quietly.
She wasn't good to provoke. And she didn't come from a world where she could afford to treasure women like jade should be treasured.
It was a ruthless world.

Shaolan had long left.
In the Bookstore, a conglomeration of people who Ty Woo knew or didn't know were gathered around her. Their faces showing casual concern, pity or worry.
Some of them who were familiar with her and who she didn't like showed enjoyment at her misfortune and schadenfreude on their faces.
She didn't mind… She would get back at them later.
As if the embodiment of justice and revenge, one of the few young men who curried favor with her, and who was a firebender, looked at Ty Woo's broken leg and said with anger, "How cruel! Ty Woo, who dared doing this to you? Tell me, and I'll seek justice for you!"
Ty Woo was a bit fat, but she came from a greater background. This guy was her most loyal love pursuer.
She was in massive pain when he came to her rescue and offered angrily…. In too much pain to make a precise description of her aggressor's face.
Hours later, however, still crying after treatment, more from the sheer shame than the unbearable pain, she pathetically tried.
… She tried her best to describe the girl she failed to teach a lesson to.
She couldn't let anyone know how the circumstance really went down.

Back home. Li household.
Shaolan didn't need in-world teachers in her new life. The system was sufficient.
She calculated that having a combo of Zhang Xuan from LOHP and Li Qiye from ED to teach her would do for the future.
With the system merging new worlds and their skills, posing as these two, it would do a fine job.
A walking library and a find it all, know it all, were a good combination.
"Merging worlds? Merging with worlds, rather…" Shaolan interrupted her train of thought when she realized her crazy wording.
It wasn't like worlds could be merged. Could they? Even if they could, and she became a god overlooking worlds, she had no reason to try.
Shaolan wasn't a thrill seeker, she wanted to live a simple life with beauties making noise around her.
She didn't know what she would do if she actually got such a power, though. People changing and going against thoughts they had in childhood was nothing to be ashamed for. It was nature teaching us to shut up.
Shaolan didn't think herself to be above the average human being. Unless Buddhas, one way or another, people were hypocrites. Morals were an extremely gray area.
What people could realistically develop was bottom lines.
Her own toxicant was a vow she made to herself back in her first life, thinking what she would do if she reincarnated. She would never kill children voluntarily. Accidents happened, but that was her bottom line.
Those dickheads who performed sect extermination killings because another weaker dickhead touched their waifus shoulders were funny to her.
Thinking about all sorts of things, she was done letting the system devour the books from the Imperial Bookstore. More than a hundred.
The system had the ATLA lesser system within itself. However, the systems Shaolan was given each day didn't work with things that weren't shown in fiction.
Firebending stances, and firebending books were shown in the show. But not in details.
Even if the system could pose as ATLA masters such as Avatar Roku, or peak Zuko, they didn't know everything. ATLA wasn't a cultivation world where people would remember every word and page inside a book.
Zhang Xuan could do that. And more… Though he didn't have the LOHP, Li Qiye had his own tricks in that same regard.
Pondering how to get rid of the most vexing limitation left on the system, Shaolan's relaxing morning break came to an end. She walked out of her room.
It was time to practise firebending.
