Jade lovers had a smaller audience compared to jewelry, so Vivian eventually positioned the Gold and Jade Jewelry company as jewelry. Thus, Jobs hired another 100 Jewelers to work at the same time.

However, half of the staff were temporary experts hired from the neighboring town, mainly to deal with the inventory for the opening of the store for the next two months.

These people's skills were ordinary, and they were only responsible for simple carving and assistant work. Because of Vivian's slightly higher price, many of the carving masters who happened to be looking for work and had more free time decided to come over and work for two months.
