Bab 405: Zogaroth

Once they began their second approach towards the centre of the mage city, Max took an extremely cautious approach. He repeatedly used scan and way of the wind to detect any incoming dangers as he had an inkling that this place was more dangerous than they could ever imagine.

Now that he had extinguished his fire fist, the group had no major sources of illumination and needed to rely on the dimly lit bioluminescent light of the city to navigate. 

Eventually when they approached the centre again, Severus began hearing the same low growling sounds from before as he immediately alarmed Max. 

" It's the same growling sound from before- be careful " Severus said as Max focused his way of the wind to notice the same wind elemental spirit from before looking towards him from a distance. 

" I can see you elemental- do you understand human language? " Max shouted towards the half angel half horse elemental as he waited for an answer.
