Hecara was lounging on Luca's lap when blood dripped from the crack of her lips. She started to cough and stained his grey suit with blood. She jumped away from him and coughed hard on the floor.

"What is happening to you?" Luca was alarmed when he covered her bloody mouth with a handkerchief. The soft blue handkerchief was easily stained by the colour red.

Hecara shook her head, refusing to answer. She snatched the handkerchief, pressed her mouth with it and then rushed out. At the door, she bumped into Felix who was astonished to see her running away.

"Where are you go-"

Before he managed to end the sentence, Luca rushed out of the office and ran after Hecara who had already disappeared into the lift.

Felix was perplexed and he ran after the two of them. He got into the lift and reached the first floor where he saw Luca looking around frantically.

"What is happening?" he asked.
