Bab 145: Chapter 145

Hue was fast asleep when Jennet entered the room. She sat beside him and adored his sleeping face. Shortly after that, she lay down beside him and continued to gaze at him. Her slender fingers crawled his face and poked his cheek playfully as she disturbed his sleep.

Hue frowned in his sleep. His forehead creased when Jennet flicked the tip of his nose. Then, he opened his sleepy eyes when he couldn't stand her mischief.

"Honey, is it fun disturbing your husband while he is asleep?" His raspy but sexy voice greeted her ears. "Also, how's the family meeting going? Has it ended?"

"How did you know I was in a family meeting?" Jennet asked in surprise. A frown appeared on her forehead. As she recalled she didn't mention anything to him because he was already asleep when she was summoned to the meeting.

Hue lifted his arms and wrapped them around her neck. In a blink of an eye, Jennet was already sharing the pillow with him. He gazed at her and teased her nose with his finger.
